We're not your typical suits-and-blueprints firm. Started in a cramped Toronto loft back in 2015, we've grown into something we're genuinely proud of - a crew that actually gives a damn about building spaces that work WITH the planet, not against it.
Look, we started because the founders got tired of seeing cookie-cutter buildings going up everywhere with zero thought about environmental impact. There had to be a better way, right?
Fast forward to today - we've worked on over 140 projects across Ontario and Quebec. From turning century-old warehouses into vibrant living spaces to designing net-zero homes that actually feel like homes (not science experiments), we've learned that sustainability doesn't mean sacrificing style or comfort.
What keeps us going? It's seeing clients' faces when they walk into a space that just... works. When natural light hits exactly right, when airflow keeps things comfortable without cranking the AC, when materials age beautifully instead of falling apart in five years.
We're a mix of dreamers and detail-obsessed perfectionists. Somehow it works.
M.Arch, LEED AP BD+C, OAA
Elena's the one who'll spend three hours debating the perfect window placement (and she's usually right, annoyingly). 15 years deep in sustainable design, she's got this knack for making eco-friendly buildings that don't look like they're trying too hard. Previously led projects at Diamond Schmitt before jumping ship to start this adventure.
M.Arch, RIBA, OAA
Marcus brings the "why not?" energy to every project. Trained in London before settling in Toronto, he's obsessed with how people actually USE spaces (not just how they photograph). He's been known to camp out in buildings overnight to understand light patterns. Yeah, he's that committed.
M.Env.Sc, LEED Fellow, WELL AP
Priya's our secret weapon. She can rattle off carbon footprint data like it's her phone number and somehow makes building science sound exciting over coffee. Before joining us, she consulted for some of Canada's greenest builds. Now she makes sure we're not just talking the talk.
B.Arch, PMP, OAA
James keeps the trains running on time - and under budget, which clients tend to appreciate. With 12 years managing complex builds, he's seen everything go wrong that CAN go wrong, so now it doesn't. He's fluent in contractor-speak and can translate architect dreams into actual buildable reality.
BFA Interior Design, ARIDO
Sophie's got this supernatural ability to walk into an empty room and see exactly what it wants to become. She's all about materials that tell stories and creating spaces that feel personal without being cluttered. Her Montreal roots show up in unexpected color choices that somehow always work.
M.Arch, Heritage Conserv. Cert.
David's the guy who gets genuinely excited about 100-year-old brick patterns. His specialty? Making old buildings relevant again without erasing their history. He's saved more heritage facades than he can count and has strong opinions about restoration vs. renovation (ask him at your own risk).

Forget the stuffy boardroom presentations. We start every project with real conversations - usually over coffee or lunch. We want to know how you live, what bugs you about your current space, what makes you happy when you walk into a room.
Then our team geeks out together. Architects, engineers, sustainability folks all at the same table from day one. It's messy, there's arguing (the good kind), and sometimes we go through a dozen concepts before landing on THE one.
We're big on transparency too. You'll know what things cost, why we're suggesting certain materials, and what trade-offs we're considering. No smoke and mirrors, just honest collaboration.
Not just slapping solar panels on roofs and calling it green. We're talking whole-lifecycle thinking, material choices that matter, and designs that reduce energy needs from the ground up.
Buildings are for living, working, and gathering. If a space doesn't make sense for actual humans, we've failed. Function and beauty aren't opposites - they're partners.
We use new tech and methods when they genuinely solve problems, not because they're trendy. Sometimes the best solution is a time-tested approach with a modern twist.
Your input shapes everything we do. We're the experts in design and building, but you're the expert in what you need. Together we create something neither of us could've done alone.
